Cougar Tactical LLC has a 14-day return & exchange Policy. The items would be returned and exchanged if the following conditions are met:

• Original item unused, unworn and in original Manufacture’s packaging.
• Contains the original invoice/receipt copy from Cougar Tactical.
• Item returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Items such as Apparel, Knives, headwear, footwear that have been worn, washed or without the original Cougar Tag would not be returned.

Return Packaging:
Kindly ensure that during the return of the purchased item from Cougar Tactical the original packaging should be intact. Original items at the time of return found in a damaged state would possibly be refused as per the Company Return Policy. In order to evade such situation it is recommended to pack and return in a new, unused and unworn condition with all tags attached.In case of a re-turned item, the amount would be re-funded in the same mode as the original payment done by the customer at the time of the purchase, provided all the terms for the return as per the cougar return criteria. Shipping charges would only be covered by Cougar in case of a shipping error or a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy:
Exchange Policy Exchange for an item must be for the same product or for a product of the same value. Items would be exchanged only if the originally purchased item(s) are with the Cougar Tags and returned in an original, non-damaged, un-used Packaging. Exchange for the initially purchased items should be either for the same type of product or any other product of the same price. Custom made Items would not be returned as these are manufactures upon special instructions and re-manufacturing the same would proportionally draw additional charges.
