Cougar Tactical CTA 2 in 1 Mission Jacket offers two layers of waterproofing which also allows our jacket to breathe and block the wind. Our seam sealed technology protects critical areas while allowing total full function movement. Our removable fleece liner also serves as that second jacket on lighter warmer days.
